🖋️Conviction

The Conviction

To speak what I believe
Got me feeling like

The 1st amendment is a felony

Jailing freedom of speech
Mirandized, Full of greed
But everybody gotta eat
And there’s no such thing
As starving a beast

We living in a world of need

Opportunities
Few and far between
Hope getting harder to see
While Beliefs
Skipping stones on dreams
As the Spiritual Realm
Clashes with Reality

The Cosmos are Battling
And it ain’t a baby that’s rattling
Hell getting adamant
Banks went bust
No cashing in

Or cashing out

You either stuck in a drought
Or you drown

Don’t look down

Or you might see
A generation of long shots
With scopes and slingshots
Aiming for a way to make the pain stop
Or at least turn the hate off
Looked in the mirror
It said I fought

I responded with
I fight

Golden in the zone
Kill the lights

We bout to slay some demons
Hi haters guard your life

I got
Plato
In the scope
He dies tonight
My God is My Might

Yeah, I don’t really like clones
And I don’t really write poems

I’m just an Ascendant
With a Nice Flow
Hell and Back
Say I’m Twice Known
The Rose Gold Natural
Instincts factual
Intuition actual
And what some call impossible
Is my casual

This is just how my soul
Talks to me

Legacy
My pen walks with me

What I share with you’ll
Is so you can march with me
Or share a heart with me

In a world where
Words are symphonies
Breathes epiphanies
And our footsteps beat for centuries

Lord
Is anyone listening

Shouting let my people go
As long as we’re living
We’re winning
But this victory lap ain’t finished

So, sale your cloak and get sword
Rumors of war
Fore
God is all
When weapons are holy

Believe me when I say you don’t know me
I ain’t Toby

I’m Rising
Gliding
Grinding

Feel like I’m finding
Hidden Vibrations
And with all my words
All I can say for what I feel is

Kill it

Ignorance needs to die

And that means,
No more touch screen hypnosis
Put your phone down, get focused

All that other shit is bogus
But this rounds the bonus

Insights like oceans
Empathy, can you hold this
Cheers,  here’s hoping
Going Golden
The wrath ain’t folding
And I know that you knowing

Our banking system is a fraud
Our judicial system is a fraud
Political system, fraud

So all day
Everyday
We all getting robbed

Without intelligence and integrity
All liberty is lost

If you a coward,
Here’s your stop

For the rest
It all started with a thought

The shadows on the wall

Could be used to deceive
Trap the mind and make’em sheep
But never let em think
And slaves, can’t read

So those shadows
Became flat screens
Among other things

Like Programing
Industrial complexes and idols
Everywhere you look you being lied to

These are the facts

Or what your opinions
Irrelevance aspires to
The sad but true

Here and now
And nowadays,
most of you’ll just see through

You see,
They had your whole life
Planned for you

From, Prussian schooling
For their hierarchy

To using insecure men
Reinforcing a patriarch
Of blind pride
That’ll put us all in the dark

But I, got a spark

Hair Trigger
Light is the scope
I’m just a prism
In the hands of a cut throat
Named Balance

Welcome to the Challenge

To overcome all obstacles
Until all you know
Is an Essence
That is and isn’t your own
The common sense
Somebody stole
Whitewashed in Rome
Then Crusades

That tried to set the Truth ablaze
But the all consuming fire
Shale ignite their shame

Into Pink Mist

Yeah Rome is burning
And your house might too
But I don’t talk I tattoo

Let me Tat you
With the immortal words of God

I Am

Now be who you are
Now is when you start
And that one shot
A make’em all drop
Fragment
And you can see through the facade
You ever step back and think
What are you being taught

What are you learning
What are we earning

Replacing mothers with a mistress
Raising kids to be midgets
Mini me’s generation
Stunt the growth

Breakaway faith and call it hope
The man made hoax

Just caught one through the throat

Greetings
To Oxford from Toledo

The Federal Reserve
From those never printed on your pasos

The Monuments
From the Geometry that made you

Hello World
It was the Mighty Moors that saved you

And if you, speak now
Only blood comes out

Now watch, as the cave comes down

They’ll say
It was a Revival
Then a Revolution
And only Truth came out
Or karma finally came around

As a Pantheon

Look up to see the path I’m on
The too strong
What went wrong

Is they turned Our Truths
Into Al Andalus

Now we forbidden yet famous
And fake friends and the faceless
Got me fracturing phase

Vencci

Don’t get lost in translation
I’m ambitious and bout my business

Envisioned enrichment
Looking for treasure in the trenches

Conviction on a mission

I hate my humility

How I, speak soft in hopes that it’ll help you
Listen to the weight of the words I breath

I think

My spirit got lost in search of my poetry
And I can’t be true to you
If I’m not true to me
So truthfully

This facade isn’t me
I curse, I smoke, I drink
I mean

My hearts my only claim to prestige
And I’ve been called everything
From a prophet to a beast
Sad thing, is I’ve been each
Once at least
Believe you me
This well runs deep
But I don’t call myself Golden cause I’m perfect

I do so
Because I can and I’m worth it

The name, it’s intended aim
And it’s purpose

Not to mention
My gold enriched skin
It’s connection to the ancients
Or gold in the Kemetic sense
The Sun and it’s benevolence
Or the fact that, my bodies a golden pyramid

It is what it is, if the shoe fits

You see I’ve come to realize
There difference between
Seeking the truth, and accepting it
Or neglecting it
And I don’t say that
To highlight your negligence
Just to let you know that all my reference
Are eternally relevant
So you can tat that or tell a friend

I’m not your run of the mill
Revolutionary wordsmith

I’m an introverted realist
That was called to the pen
Something like Nas, mixed with Talib
Or Black Thought and Rakim
Blended with the audacity
To call myself a poet

Aced alchemy than became the potion
Hotep

So sick of holding my breath
To avoid the notice of these
New age Pharisees

Trying to find ways to condense my essence into a box

But they can’t confide
What they can’t define
And I
Will not hide
Nor apologize

I’m taking a stand for my integrity

Therefore
I sincerely rebuke your critique
And refuse to be
Anything but me
Politically
Incorrect with intrigue
Infinitely
Opinionated

And many would love
To see me sedated

But my death was deified by my life
By my light
And by my will to let me shine

🖋️An Era

I’ve been caressed by the flesh,
But I’m still Stone

And I’ve been expressed in these text,
But I’m unknown

What I possess I profess,
Through the lyrics of a poem

And through letterpress I progress,
To an era of my own

I was prepared for this battle,
Now it’s all on me
So if I lose and meet the gravel
Where else could the blame be
See I was born in the shadow
Of those before me
But I learned quick to travel
Or remain for eternity

I’ve witnessed
The fall of a king
And I’ve glimpsed what most would call unseen

Now my words form with a gleam
Cause they glint
With a splint of me

Yes I’ve evolved
But to what degree

I’m still a fraction of what was
And a fraction of what once shall be

A repetition
Of history
Am I destined to this simplicity
Only time will see

I try to control fate
But I think fate controls me
Cause no matter my strength
At times
I still feel weak

Is what I’m trying to grasp that sleek

I think for most
My thoughts are too deep
That’s why they get lost to the beat
Instead of exploring the depths
They get lost to the sea
And instead of a graceful death
They get lost to the beast

Is that a lost for me

Who created all these mysteries
And made I and them interweave
And I find it rather interesting

That with all the knowledge in the world
People still living off they instinct
The righteous and the wicked
Are marching in sync
And those watching won’t blink
Damn I spilled my ink

Need a new quill
That one was getting too bleak
Than again, so many words are cheap
Only expensive when you live them, To Be
And to think

I’m self-taught
I read the Glyphs for me
But experience graduated me
So self-respect a be the class ring
A Moorish Man on a mission
There’s nations afraid of me

Trial by fire
A divine igniter
Feel free to admire
Everything I came to be
After all I overcame to reach

This peak

That’s so high it’s deep
So alive it reeks
And so lethal it reaps
But to each

It’s own

Like to you this is poetry
But to me it’s home
And this honesty is the only time I feel whole

Know what mean

More than words
This is what I do, feel, and believe
All I am
What I breath
What I bring
What I want and need

What a Wonderful Masterpiece

And all life
Is sacred to me

Think different
Please don’t say it to me
Say I got a 7th sense in which you don’t believe
And it’s through an 11th finger in which I bleed
I mean

This ain’t the pen no more
This is me

Bloodstains change to inkblots
What do you see

Nah scratch that
I’m not what I seem
Reflecting lights that can
Never mirror the God in me

God in We
Church, Indeed
